In this episode, I talk about growing on YouTube in general and understanding that the process has no shortcuts. A YouTube channel is something people can look at from afar and think that it's just "easy" and that it's relatively quick to get there. I'm here to tell you that is not the case. If you want to grow on YouTube and as a creator, it takes practice, consistency, and identifying your target audience and how you can serve them. The shortcuts are not actual shortcuts. It's about learning what works, getting better every day, coming up with good ideas, and then packaging those ideas into good thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
